444kc Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 444kc ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444kc platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, crash games, and any promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 444kc platform. 444kc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the contact details held on their account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. 444kc operates in the Bangladesh market and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). References to payment methods in these Terms include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as available on the platform from time to time.

1. Eligibility to Register and Use 444kc

To open an account and use the 444kc platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 444kc strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request official government-issued identification at any time to verify your date of birth.
2. You are a natural person and are registering on your own behalf. Corporate, trust, or agency registrations are not permitted.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 444kc is lawful in your location.
4. You have not previously been excluded from 444kc or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 444kc or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

444kc reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawals or closure of the account.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

444kc may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 444kc bonus offers:

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonus amounts expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
3. 444kc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the player retains the right to use it in accordance with the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444kc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

1. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or harvest data from the 444kc platform without prior written authorisation.
2. Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over 444kc or other players, including in live casino games or sports betting markets.
3. Exploiting errors, bugs, or system malfunctions in the platform or in any game to generate winnings that would not have arisen under normal operating conditions. Winnings generated through exploitation of a system error are not valid and will be voided.
4. Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account with false or misleading information.
5. Using the 444kc platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 444kc will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

444kc employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account and transaction activity continuously. Where these systems flag activity that may constitute prohibited conduct, 444kc may place a temporary hold on the affected account and associated transactions pending investigation. 444kc will endeavour to complete any such investigation and notify the affected player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
